Branding Photoshoot with XVII Media

As you know, from the story I shared about my DJ brother's branding project, DJ Jay R used Orlando-based photography and videography company, 17 Media Co. to accomplish a social media campaign called #NewJune. 17 Media had promotion called Phuego's Fall Photos -- Phuego being the owner and lead photographer's name, Walter Phuego -- where you could pay an affordable amount for a one hour session, two looks and unlimited photos. Very cool and super convenient! Since my brother was a direct referral of Pheugo's, I chose to work with his company as well.

For the experience, I brought a few props including, my iPhone, an SDLR camera and a microphone. The direction I was going for was naturally media-related. I'm a progessing media maven and I want to look like one! I told Phuego my idea to use some of the shots for my brand new portfolio website. So, I put my basic media maven modeling skills to use and worked it for the camera. The end result, I now have professional photos to brand myself! They'll help me move farther along in my chosen industry of media relations.

After four website revisions, I can say the vision for my portfolio has finally come to life with high quality photos brilliantly capturing my essence in the metropolitan scenery of Downtown Orlando.
